The short version
This website sets no cookies at all. There is no tracking, no statistics, no advertising pixel, and not a single file is loaded from an external server. That is why you do not see a consent banner here either: there is nothing to allow or refuse.
Why there is no banner
A cookie banner is only required when a site places or reads something on your device that is not strictly necessary, or when data flows to third parties. Neither happens on these pages.
That does not happen by itself. It is the result of three choices made when building the site:
- The fonts are in the page itself. They are not fetched from a font service. Such a service would receive your IP address on every visit — exactly the kind of silent data flow you would otherwise have to ask consent for.
- There is no analytics tool. We do not measure visitors, click paths or session duration.
- There is no external content in the page. No embedded videos, no maps, no chat widget, no share buttons, no third-party spam filter.
The result: when you visit this site, your browser talks to this server and to nothing and no one else.
Is anything stored on my device?
No. Besides cookies there are other ways to store something on your device, such as local storage and session storage. We do not use those either. Close the tab and nothing is left behind.
The only exception is temporary and never leaves your device: when you dismiss a notice at the top, the page remembers that for as long as it stays open. That sits in your browser’s working memory and disappears on refresh.
Your language choice is not stored either: it is part of the web address (/fr, /en). Pick another language and the address changes, nothing more.
What about the forms?
What you type into a form stays in your browser until you click send yourself. Only then do your answers go to our server, which turns them into a single email for our mailbox. Nothing is stored in a cookie or on your device in the process. More about that in the privacy statement.
If that changes later
If we ever add analytics, a chat widget or a video player, those will set cookies or fetch data from third parties. From that moment on there will be a consent banner that gives you the choice up front, this page will be extended with an overview of every cookie and its retention period, and the date at the top will change.
As long as you see no banner here, there is nothing to allow.
Managing cookies yourself
Even though we set none, you can always manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every browser has its own screen for this, usually under Privacy or Privacy and security.
